Electrical Staging Supervisor Job Opening

We are seeking energetic, flexible, motivated person who has experience in lighting and staging set up, and can trouble shoot and oversee the department. Below is a list of expected job duties and skills/qualifications needed for this position.

Duties:

• Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining staging, audio power and lighting equipment for all types of special events.
• Knows how to operate audio mixers, equalizers, amplifiers, lighting control boards, spotlights, and electrical power systems.
• Able to supervise small crew.
• May involve some maintenance of electronic equipment.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Assists in coordinating activities for lighting changes and equipment upgrades for special events and theatrical lighting.
• Trouble shoots and performs maintenance duties as necessary.
• Must be available to work shows and events, which take place on evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Reliable and detail oriented.
• Experienced in DMX Programming

Requirements:
