We are seeking energetic, flexible, motivated person who has experience
in lighting and staging set up, and can trouble shoot and oversee the
department. Below is a list of expected job duties and skills/qualifications
needed for this position.
Duties:
- Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining staging, audio
power and lighting equipment for all types of special events.
- Knows how to operate audio mixers, equalizers, amplifiers, lighting
control boards, spotlights, and electrical power systems.
- Able to
supervise small crew.
- May involve some maintenance of electronic
equipment.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and
service questions; suggesting information about other products and
services.
- Assists in coordinating activities for lighting changes and
equipment upgrades for special events and theatrical lighting.
- Trouble
shoots and performs maintenance duties as necessary.
- Must be available
to work shows and events, which take place on evenings and weekends.

Must be able to take initiative and be self-motivated.
- Recommends
potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service
reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Reliable
and detail oriented.
- Experienced in DMX Programming
