Yard/Warehouse Attendant Job Opening

We are seeking energetic, friendly, flexible, motivated person who has experience in working in and around light construction equipment and event/party rental equipment. Must be able to take initiative and be self-motivated. Below is a list of expected job duties and skills/qualifications needed for this position.

Job Purpose:
To maintain and to do preventative maintenance on rental equipment, as well as be able to safely load and unload equipment into all types of vehicles and trailers, and instruct customers on how to use the equipment safely and properly.

Duties:

• Punctual
• Load and unload equipment.
• Prepare equipment for next rental.
• General Clean-up of facility.
• Delivery of equipment from time to time.
• Able to handle a variety of tasks.
• Counting inventory.
• Organizing warehouse.
• Potential to work on deliveries and pick-ups with drivers.
• Opening and Closing Yard.
• Instructing customers how to use the equipment properly
• Inspect equipment for damages done by wear and tear or abuse, report it to supervisor
• Customer service

Requirements:
Should have a minimum of three years equipment experience. Must be proficient in all aspects of their job i.e equipment knowledge. Communication Skills

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience
