Delivery and Pick-up
You may pick up or we can deliver your tools and/or equipment. Our normal delivery hours are Monday – Saturday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
There is a delivery charge. The charge is determined by ZIP code in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The delivery charge does not include the set-up and/or breakdown of the rented items. Rental items will be dropped off at the nearest and convenient ground level or loading dock near your project site. Please call for rates on unique situations. Our drivers are instructed to deliver the rental items in a convenient location and should be ready for pick-up the same way. Don’t forget that we charge a fuel charge if the item(s) need to be filled up prior to pick up by us.
Load and Unload
If you prefer to pick up your own rental items, our staff will assist you in loading and unloading from one of our two locations.
Equipment Services and Maintenance
Our entire inventory of equipment is maintained and rotated regularly to give our customers top-quality equipment, as well as the best experience during the project. Our goal is to give the customer a positive, memorable rental experience.
Demonstration and Expert Advice
Our staff will provide the customer with an on-site demonstration at the time of pick-up and/or delivery. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at this time.
Some tools and equipment come with written instructions that will be provided to the customer when the item is rented. Please feel free to ask any questions about the instructions if you have any.
